No swimming last night. I went out with the BD guys who were in town for a couple of days for a presentation. Oddly enough, I would have rather gone swimming. What happened to me? When did going swimming become more exciting than going bar-hopping with two attractive guys? Have I grown up or have I just become boring??? And tonight's supposed to be high winds and heavy rain and just above the freezing mark which doesn't bode well for a rualk.

Not being able to swim or walk for two days has got me ticked off. When did I become addicted to exercise!?!? Am I a grown up old bore who is now addicted to exercise? And just exactly which user icon would go well with that? Siliconsimon, maybe I need you to make me a "grown up old exercising bore" userpic.

< gratuitous self flattery> On the up side, the bd guys both wouldn't stop raving on how great I looked... so maybe being addicted to exercise isn't a bad thing

My address is found in my memories. Will signing up for a triathlon help speed the chocolate?

:)

Hey, I've used that name before. I think... maybe... or not...

Ok, forget the list, I'll make it myself. Later. When I'm more motivated. Like... next year or something.

:P

Exercise releases some of the same chemicals into your brain as alcohol, recreational drugs, antidepressants....

... and can make, say, antidepressants, more effective by increasing and stabilizing the amount of dopamine available in your brain.

In other words, if you're going to have an addiction it's a good one to have. *grin* I need to acquire an exercise addiction.
