Where can I get the secret decoder ring for whatever it is you're tracking? All it's doing is reminding me that my algebra class starts in a couple of weeks.

Five minute warmup walk, followed by seven sets of a one minute run and a two minute walk, followed by a five minute cooldown walk for a total of 31 minutes of exercise, taking me about 3 kilometers.

I think I'm leaving it intentionally vague because I wish I were running more already as opposed to just 7 minutes of running. But it's early yet. And it's cold, so I'm cutting myself some slack.

Algebra? Ew. I started a Mediation class yesterday. Ah, higher learning.

Ok, that makes sense. I've been thinking of doing something similar to track my (non-existent at the moment) exercise routine. I was thinking that if I had to post it I might actually stick to it.

I have to take algebra - even though I took it ahem years ago in high school - in order to take the business math classes I'll need for the certificate and AA degree. It sucks, but I'm not worried about it.
