Part of my mediation course has a section that discusses how you have to understand yourself before you can attempt to understand others. It's asking me to do a report on myself and one of the questions it's asking is "How do other people see you? Supply both positive and negative feedback from friends, family, colleagues, teachers, neighbours, etc."

edit: This makes 14km for the week without swimming this week (had a headache Thursday night and just went home and went to bed instead) and a total of 46km for the year.
