Part of my mediation course has a section that discusses how you have to understand yourself before you can attempt to understand others. It's asking me to do a report on myself and one of the questions it's asking is "How do other people see you? Supply both positive and negative feedback from friends, family, colleagues, teachers, neighbours, etc."

positive: you are helpful, self-sacrificing, hard-working, loyal, tender, optimistic, funny, smart, empathetic, athletic, and goal-oriented.
