Gotta love Mondays.
I have a headache. I've woken up with a headache every day for the past 4 days. Note to the headache gods: It's starting to get old. Go pick on somebody else for a while please.
Work this morning and then a mid-term today at 1:00. I've got a pretty good handle on the material, I think - I should, I've been studying straight for three days now. I got my assignment done, and it looks pretty decent and I've got a good start on my portion of the group assignment - though after consulation with the rest of the group it appears I'm the only one, so it wasn't such a big issue after all. The good thing about that is the fact the mid term should be over, easily, by 2:00 and then the group's going to meet for a bit afterwards so I'll be done work and school by 3:00 if I'm lucky. The question then is, do I go home and relieve my mother - the babysitter du jour, or do I play hookie from reality for a bit and go get a coffee and read the paper. hmmm.. it's tempting.
I've made an appointment to get my hair cut and a few.. er.. stray hairs waxed on Friday after school. Spring is definitely here now, so I might as well start coming out of my shell. By Saturday night school will be done for another year, and I think it's time to start getting myself back in order. There are closets to be cleaned, gym memberships to be renewed, flower beds to be replanted... I'm getting all excited just thinking about it. They say the new year starts January 1st, but I beg to differ.
Ok, I've got to get back at it. There are lunches to pack and children to rouse and my coffee's getting cold.
