So, I've finished a nice chunk of homework, but I've weirded myself out in the process.

I'm doing a business case on the Tenerife Air Disaster (Don't ask me how an air disaster is a business case, something about decision making, but I would suspect he could have come up with a more business-y kind of case) and I've spent too long looking at air plane crash footage. It's late, The Kid and The Dog are asleep, the house is deathly quiet, Dick's out playing cards until god knows what time, and I'm rather too afraid to leave the computer room.

(peeks around the corner)

I think I'll stay right here until morning.

I spend a lot of nighs by myself with Dick working shift work - it's no big deal to me - usually - but tonight... erp!

Anybody want to play a couple of hands of gin?

Aw, aren't you the sweetest.

I ended up turing the radio on fairly loud, getting in the bathtub with a good book and eventually got over the willies. Let that be a lesson to me - no more surfing disaster sites in the dark by myself.
