I think I'm actually about to close a very nasty, very ugly chapter of my life.

This afternoon at 4:30 I was offered a different role in my company. Under an amazing leader. Starting tomorrow.

And breathe...

There wasn't any discussion about acceptance or not. Of course I took it.

I know who my boss is and I know my pay is unchanged.

I like both of those things.

The rest is TBA, but my new boss has a road map of what the upcoming year will look like.

I like that too.

I'll post more about how it all unfolded (and it unfolded quickly) tomorrow.

I have a call with my current assboss first thing. It should prove to be interesting. A post after that will no doubt be fun.
