Suggestions welcome

I want to record my vocal class. It's not like I want to listen to myself over and over again, but I have one half-hour class a week and my homework for this week looks like this:

Straw Breath (low in body)
Pant 1-5
Double
Hum
Motor Boat Lips
Minor 3rd C-A oo
He or Ho Pelvic Bone
Over the Air Egg 0


Now. I am 43 years old. I am currently doing two jobs. I am also currently doing a university stats course and am the volunteer registrar for the group that coordinates all of the volleyball that goes on in the province of Nova Scotia. (That was a dumb idea, by the way.) Do you think that by Tuesday I can remember what the hell He or Ho Pelvic Bone is supposed to sound like?

So I would like to record my lesson. As I said, it's half an hour long. I don't so much care about the quality, and I'm really not interested in hearing myself sing. I want to just be able to remember what He or Ho Pelvic bone is supposed to sound like so I can do it at home.

Any suggestions? I suspect a half hour long .wav file would take way more memory than I have on my phone, and I don't think my iPod touch can record sounds... though I could be wrong.

In Canada, it is OK to record a conversation if one person legitimately involved in the conversation permits it. This seems to be the principle in play as long as the recording is not used for commercial purposes. For matters involving law enforcement, the rules are different.

"A lawful party to a call that starts and ends in Canada can record that call if they are doing so for a personal or journalistic reason and not a commercial purpose."

I actually asked my teacher in the last class and she encouraged it. So it's all good on that front. :)
