anigoEgg breaking news.
I'm going to go make breakfast.
It's going to be Poached Eggs on Toast with Salmon Cream Cheese
It's become my current favourite meal
This is exciting, no?
I used to be on the hunt for the best egg poaching device - I have at least 3 of them. Metal with non stick coating, silicone... they all are the shite, but recently I have learned how to make perfect poached eggs from the chick who did the whole Julie/Julia blog/book/movie thing.
You simply put them in gently boiling water with a bit of vineager. Easy!!
Ok going to break an egg now.
