anigoHey, me again.
I'm sick again today. Not as sick as yesterday, but still bleh. I should have stayed home from work yesterday but my schedule just didn't allow it. Today my schedule's better, so I had a meeting this morning and have returned home to spend the rest of the day in relative comfort, not spreading my germs.
I have decided that this week is a write-off, even though it's only Tuesday. I've been beating myself up about not exercising and not dieting and feeling ill, but I think I shall take a vacation from the beating and actually try to get better as opposed to struggling through the ickkies. So no swimming for the rest of the week - I suspect that the getting home from swimming at 10:30 at night and not actually going to bed before 11:30, not to mention the wet hair and the -20 degree weather is probably not helping the cause. I may do tae kwon do, but I'm not going to make myself go. I didn't bother last night - mind you I didn't bother to do much but have a very long bath and go to bed early - and if forced, I won't bother tomorrow night either. So there.
I'm sure there are additional thrilling things to write about here, but for the life of me I can't think of what they shoudl be. So make some up for me and tell me what kind of exciting things I've done over the past couple of days.

Date: 2009-01-27 05:40 pm (UTC)I fixed the purple egg. I've been trying to mix up their order so that people who click the first one and then get bored and don't click the rest won't always click on the same one. But I screwed up an href tag or some such sillyness.
And I shall now stop swimming for the time being as ordered - sir!!!

Date: 2009-01-27 06:49 pm (UTC)working moms have a lot in common, i find. there's no way to really quantify exactly what we do. i mean, you could try, but then it would take a long time and other stuff wouldn't get done.
good decision, not swimming. i'd go as far as to say you should even rest more and drink more hot tea, but i don't want you to think i'm totally crazy!
