Two Updates

First, for all of you who are interested (and any men reading can feel free to skip right along to part deux of this post) because I'm 40 and have boobs, that means... yeppers... a mammogram! Had my first one today. Man, them machines do flatten the girls down, don't they.

Second. You may remember Lola, the boy bunny. Well, Lola has the snuffles. This week the snuffles (which is a chronic bacterial infection that can be fatal to bunnies and starts out causing sneezing) progressed to Lola's eyes and ears, leaving her with nasty runny eyes, one ear that goes up and the other down, and a nasty head tilt.

Went to see the vet last night and the vet says it doesn't look good, and she gave us 3 months worth of antibiotics. I feel very positive. The ears are already back, the head tilt's gone and I think the eyes look better already.

Positive thinking would be welcome.

Fingers crossed Lola pulls through okay. It seems so unfair to be put out by a disease with such an innocuous name.
