Anxiety attack this morning.

Not sure why, though I think it's because we're sailing today with a short handed crew and 40 knot winds. Funny, that doesn't normally make me anxious.

I'm so sorry, sweetie. Anxiety attacks are the worst and I've been getting them a lot lately too - for no apparent reason, in my case. I hope you feel better.
