A Culunary Challenge
May. 31st, 2006 05:43 pmOk, so...
For St. Pierre I'll need to prepare three meals. Breakfast, Lunch and Supper. These three meals need to be high in protein, reasonable on the carb side, fairly light on spice and fat, and super easy to eat and fast and easy to prepare - not to mention yummy. Warm is always a plus.
Basically I'll have pots and pans and a two burner propane stove. And I HATE the smell of propane in a confined space, so as little of that as possible please. And as much of it that can be made ahead if possible would be bonus.
Anybody?

Breakfast.. porrage and/or bacon sandwiches. [cook bacon beforehand and reheat in a pan with minimal butter/oil then you won't be handling hot oil while being bounced around!]
Lunch.. one-pan pasta/meat/sauce mix. Make it up beforehand, and heat through when necessary.
Supper.. Sandwitches?
