I had some tasty fried tofu in a thai restaurant the other day.

I actually rather like tofu when cooked properly. When it's just sitting there like a chunk of... wobbly stuff, it's less than appetizing. When it's just sitting there like a chunk of mouldy wobbly stuff sitting in a puddle of red goo, it's down right gross.
