anigoOh yeah... Wednesday night was 5w (2r/2w x 6) 5c = 34m & approx. 4K and Thursday night was 1100 warm up/cool down, but swimming with a bungee tether the rest of the time, so lots of swimming and no distance. Nothing tonight nor last night. Colder than shite last night and Dick's working tonight and I'm too lazy to find a sitter. Maybe tomorrow morning.
