It only poured rain twice, however all the way back I was head to wind and really would have preferred to be on more of a run. < /gratuitous sailor jargon>

I didn't have nearly enough to eat today and my legs felt like lead the whole rualk. I'm all shakey and icky now. Stupid me for not paying attention to my diet.

The tub awaits.

i meant to ask you before...are you getting enough protein in your diet?

ideally you should have some with each meal, starting with breakfast and either having an egg or some cheese, whatever. that will help keep your energy level up and also keep your metabolism in the 'burning' mode.

or so i've heard.

No, that's the thing. My diet has been horrible lately. Yesterday was two peanut butter cookies for breakfast, a frozen pasta thingie and a handfull of crackers for lunch and a granola bar for supper.

My own fault, I know. And very very bad.
