So, I'm the "Senior" Account Manager here in the Atlantic now. I feel about as Senior as... as... as...
Ok, I can't think of anybody that I feel like. But I do NOT feel Senior.
I've enlisted the aid of one of my colleages (who's very wise and all) to be my mentor for a bit until I get a bit more senior feeling. Talking about my customers, what I'm doing, basically, she's just giving me some positive reinforcement until I feel a bit more self assured, or "grown up"
She said she'll mentor me as long as I've set some sort of goal that tells me when I've "grown up"
Dang, how do you ever know when you're grown up? Anybody?
