Last night I did the run/walk thing for 59 minutes. Of that, 40 minutes was spent running. I believe that I covered about 7 kilometers all told.
It didn't feel bad. Except that it was hotter than hell and about 20 minutes into it I developed a huge headache. If it wasn't for the headache it would have been great. A challenge, but a doable one. This morning my legs hurt and my head still aches a bit, but I survived!
