Good morning

I stopped last night after class and got some hot and sour soup from the local chinese place down the street. Hot and sour soup is SO good on a sore throat. The guy who owns the place, an old chinese guy (go figure) said he had a secret recipe for when you're not feeling well and asked if I had any ginger. I said I usually do, but I didn't at the moment and he went into the kitchen, came back and put a small piece of it in my hand. I leaned in to hear the secret recipe, handed down from the ancient kingdom of the wise...

Wow, who woulda thought that those ingredients would have been available.

I don't know if pepsi-ginger tea is good for you or not, but MAN does it ever taste GOOD!

Found whilst spending the day doing nothing but surfing:

Ok, I officially feel crummy

I'm in the process now of drawing myself a bath, in which I've put some lavendar and eucaliptus oil, then i'm going to make myself a big cup of African Redbush Tea and go to bed. Yes I know it's only 8:00 - so sue me.
