Now I will be late for work.

There's something amiss and I don't know what it is.

Something BIG. Something Cosmically Huge.

And I don't know how to fix it.

All the things going on lately are just the symptoms - the fighting amongst friends, the unrest, the unhappiness...

I woke up in the middle of the night last night and was scared to death. Maybe it was a dream, it feels so now, but it was so obvious then that the obviousness sticks with me still.

Or maybe I'm jus a little insane. No, there's no maybe about it. I'm certainly a little insane. But I'm worried too.

I feel icky.

I definitely have a cold. It feels like there's a big, scratchy horse chestnut in the back of my throat - you know the kind, when they still have their green pointy husky things on them.

I had to review a "complaint" with my supervisor from one of my customers in a Quality Assurance Checklist today. The complaint consisted of all of the boxes checked as "satisfied" or "very satisfied" except for two, which were checked "neither satisfied or dissatisfied". These two boxes were under the category Invoicing and Contract Department. Both of which are handled out of our head office in Toronto. Not only that, but the customer in question has a 2 year contract and hasn't dealt with the contract department for about 2 years. How can this POSSIBLY be misconstrewed as a negative reflection on my account magagement skills?

Jeesh.

So, in about 10 minutes I'm off to class. It's the class with the guy who talks about everything but Business Management. As much as I like hearing about the Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire and how the lenght of miniskirts effects the economy, I REALLY am not up for it tonight. However, he's going to review our midterm, which is scheduled for next week, so it would behove me to show up. He'll probably save that for the last 10 minutes of class.

On the upside, tomorrow's my day off, and Richard's working and Jess will be in school. I plan on doing NOTHING all day. Yay me.
