Week 4 - Session 1 (Easy Recovery Week)

Run three minutes. Walk two minutes. Do this 8 times.
Cool-down: Walk slow & easy 5 minutes
Done (With Matt - Thank God) I don't think i would have bothered to move my ass out of the house if it weren't for Matt. It went. I ran what I needed to run and walked what I didn't. My legs felt heavy, but I did it. (Might have something to do with the pizza I had for supper an hour and a half before)
