The first one was the annual *merit* raise. The second one was because I complained that the *merit* raise wasn't enough so they bumped me up in my job description, the third raise was because the company did a salary review and said that even the bump wasn't sufficient to meet industry standards. This one *should* have been because I was only making the entry level on the revised pay scale, but have actually been at this job for 3 years and should have been closer to the mid-point, but that's open to interpretation and, like I said, I jynxed itand it looks like I'm going to stay entry level for a while. ;)
