Can I take a pass on today please? I would just really really like to just hang out and be irresponsible today. Would that be ok? Please? I don't want to do all this work that's piled up on my desk over the past couple of days. I would much rather just sit home and read. Would that be ok? Please?

Ok. Here's the deal. If I work really really hard and get lots done, I'll let myself take off a bit early if I still feel totally unmotivated by 3:00. And then I'll buy pizza.
