Our turn for the Hurricane

Apparently the eye of Hurricane Juan is going to hit Halifax in about 4 hours. I wonder if nobody's buying plywood and everybody's going about their usual business (or as usual as you can get given the fact that nothing's open on Sunday in Halifax)is due to the fact that it's only a category 2 hurricane, or if it's the fact that most Canadians are so laid back you usually have to check for a pulse.

Going to make tea and read the newspaper for a bit.

Sadly, when I read your response my first thought was something like "she's right, tea can be quite hot"
