One should not listen to "A Little Fall of Rain" from Les Mis whilst feeling particularly emotional and still expect to speak to customers with any sense of decorum.
i've not heard that song but i totally understand the sentiment.
try the opposite, being told hilarious jokes on the phone and suddenly having to deal with the family of someone in the hospital who's just died. makes for some VERY interesting facial contortions....
