I brake for fleece

anigoGood morning to you too.
As I'd mentioned in boot camp, I stopped on the way to work this morning and picked up a couple of bags of groceries to keep at work. Grapes, bananas, fruit juice, tomato juice... healthy stuff so I don't have to "nip downstairs" to grab a bag of chips if I'm hungry.
I brought my camera to work with me this morning. I'm doing a "Day in the Life Of" photojournal. Taking pictures of interesting stuff as the day goes on. I managed to snap a few pictures on the way here without having any accidents.
Ok, well, already I've run out of things to say, so...
TEN random things about me:
1. I'm a saggitarius
2. I don't like tomatoes or lettuce on a sandwich and cannot STAND cooked green peppers
3. I brake for fleece
4. I took a secretarial course after highschool (because I didn't know what else to do) and failed shorthand so I didn't graduate as a secretary but only as a "clerk typist". I did, however, have the highest math mark in my class. (Which really doesn't say much for either the math or the rest of my class)
5. I think the pope has been dead for a long time but is currently preserved and stuffed and being manipulated like a puppet by a bunch of cardinals or something.
6. I was brought up a Baptist, was baptized when I was about 10 and even sang in the choir until about 5 years ago or so.
7. I can still name all the parts of the cell and the function of each though I took biology over 10 years ago.
8. I can't spell to save my sole.
9. My favourite colour is green, but my favourite colour to wear (and the colour I think represents me best) is Orange. I, however, hate orange candies, orange popsicles and orange suckers.
10. I have a horribly warped sense of humour mostly due to my childhood diet of Monty Python, Fawlty Towers, The Frantics and my father.
NINE ways to win my heart:
1. Listen to me
2. Be kind, but not too kind
3. Flattery will get you everywhere
4. Love my kid
5. Care about puppies, kids and/or old people
6. Take care of yourself
7. Be a tall, dark, successful, rich, handsome single doctor.

1. Sail on the Avon River (in NS)
2. Graduate from university
3. Weigh less than 140 lbs
4. Sail in a *big* offshore race
5. Go to the Mediteranian
6. Learn how to properly spell Meditieranian
7. See my kid grow up, be independant and be happy.
8. Meet at least half of my internet friends.

2. Somebody harming my kid
3. The scoodgy stuff on the bottom of any body of water.

5. Being unable to support myself

1. My sailboat collection
2. My kitchen cabinets (I'm nuts, sorry!)
3. My duvet
4. My computer

that was a good idea you had to stock up at work on those munchables. i've been guilty of that myself during a 12 hour shift. lunch seems like it happened so long ago (at 4 pm) and you know you arent going home for 3 more hours. yeah; i've definitely been there.
