Mar. 13th, 2005 07:50 pmA flight from Boston to Denver and then from Denver to Halifax costs about $400 taxes included (as opposed to the $700-1000 if I go straight from Halifax).
hmmm... I was hoping to be able to afford to do both Marblehead *and* go to Colorado. Maybe I'll do them both at the same time. You'll have to help me out though, T. I'll have one duffle bag of stuff, most of which will be fleece or long underwear (and this will be in July), no hair care products and no makeup. Maybe I could mail you a package before I left.
Oh, and apparently there's a big ol' layover in Pittsburg. Does this look like fate or what?!? Now, if only I could find some way to make the plane stop in Leeds...

Date: 2005-03-14 01:17 am (UTC)Let me know ahead of type what hair care/soap stuff ya need and it'll be here. That way it won't explode all over your clothes. I have hair dryers and curling irons. (Don't ask me why - I never use them.)
And yeah - mail a box, no problem. (Actually, if you could manage it, you could mail me your nice clothes box, and after the sail, mail the sailing clothes home so you don't have to worry about it.)
When is this happening? How good are you at heavy lifting? Come at the wrong time and we'll be in the middle of a move... I just can't tell you when that wrong time is...
I hope you have a good Monday!

Date: 2005-03-14 02:01 am (UTC)Heavy lifting is easy. Just find somebody with a bit of brawn and show some leg. But seriously, the middle of a move sounds like the perfect time if you ask me. You'll need somebody to

You'll be too busy helping me decorate, anyway. :-P

Date: 2005-03-14 07:27 am (UTC)I can think of a couple of ways you could get a layover in Leeds...
unfortunitly all of them involve either too much money or the sort of thing that'd make front-page news!
Don't worry about it, we'll see each other, someday. Tis Fate!
