anigoIs it sacrilidge to have a bath at 6:00 in the evening? If so, I'm going to fry in hell. Oh well, what else is new. At least I'll be warm and clean when I fry.
It's colder than crap here today. This morning we went to Truro to get a dog kennel from Dick's brother. That's an hour's drive one way. Then we... Set the dog kennel up. Then... Watched TV... then...Well, I had a bath. That's my day in a nutshell. Now I believe I shall continue with the TV watching.
Yesterday..... Was way too long ago. Oh, we went to the thrift store to get a halloween costume for the Kid. She's going as Frankenstein. Fun stuff. And then I went to swap flat irons. And then... Dick worked, The Kid made nachos and then I watched TV and went to bed.
Honest to god, the intensity of my weekends has become overwhelming.
The one thing I am going to try to do this weekend is figure out why my CD burner isn't working. Then once I've done that the goal is to burn a nice back up disk and then get Mr. Wonderful![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
fatty666 to come by with his marvelous book of CDs and redo this old Edsel. The pain in the ass part is taking the piece of crap apart to find out what's wrong with the burner. I've been putting off redoing the beast forever, but apparently it didn't much care for Sims when I installed it and it cared even less for it when I uninstalled it. It's almost unbearably unstable, and it's not getting any better.
Ok, the couch, my TV and whatever munchies I can find between here and there await.
Tune in tomorrow when I tell you how I got out of bed, ate breakfast and did the dishes. It's sure to be a hair-raising journal entry.
