I'd say that the fact that you were able to a) list the items, b) enjoy the items, and c) indulge in the shower afterward tells me that you were probably grateful for the following:
a) Your English teacher
b) The parents that brought you into the world and gave you the basic tools to make you self sufficient enough to acquire said items
