Just when you think it can't get any worse...

So, about three years ago I had a car accident. It was my fault. I admit it. No question. There was considerable damage to both vehicles (not to mention the damage to my mental state) but nobody was seriously injured. It went through my insurance and it was all said and done.

So just now I got an email from a guy who used to sail with us who was in the car with me when I had the accident.

It said "How's it going, just writing a qucik message asking if you could forward me details about the accident we got into on the Dunbrack highway. Thank you, Richard:)"

Richard is about 19 now. He left the boat because his priorities shifted. He got into sex drugs and rock and roll, so to speak. Got in with a bad crowd and just didn't make it out sailing anymore.

How much do you want to bet he's gonna try to sue my ass.

Honest to god. Somebody shoot me.

oh I dunno, I'd send him some details...

Just not the right ones. Let him waste his time and money chasing his tail looking for a paper trail.

yeah, i agree. dont send him anything and them when he presses you for details send him on a wild goose chase.
