Ok, What to do...
Apr. 6th, 2004 03:50 pmIt's getting close to going home time, and I'm faced with a decision.
I've signed up for a seminar tonight, racing tactics put on by an Olympic Soling coach. Do I go?
Here are the facts:
I know the coach, he's swell, and he's a fantastic teacher.
I'm starting to get a headache.
I don't know ANYBODY there but the coach - so I suspect I'll sit all by myself and be all outcasty.
Well, I *wouldn't* be all outcasty if I actually WENT to some of these things more often, now, would I.
I've had a bit of a crappy day and all I really want to do is go home.
I really expect I'd learn a lot from the seminar.
It will probably be held again
It probably won't be held again for a while.
I'm dirt freekin' poor right now. The course costs $10, and the babysitter will cost an additional 10-15$ on top of that.
Your opinions would be apreciated asap, as the course starts in about 3 hours.
