Buy a good jucy stay-inside-and-read-because-it's-too-cold-to-do-anything-else novel
Buy hot chocolate for apres-skating tomorrow (assuming the temperature rises)
Buy taco stuff for games night on Sunday
Take ugly, but warm, coat to the drycleaners (I'm past caring about esthetics at -26 celcius)
Take movies back
Take rental phone back
Pick The Kid up from school as exposed flesh is freezing within 5 minutes and the walk home is longer than 5 minutes
Take The Kid's old skates in and trade them for new ones
Get My skates sharpened
Get stitches removed from wee dog

Oh, hello there.

Right now it's warmed up to -19 celcius with a windchil of -29, but this morning it was -29 celcius with a windchil of -42.

Either way, it ain't balmy.
