Gratitude Journal

anigoAnybody see any reason why I shouldn't post a couple of "grateful for" posts for the next little while? No? Anybody? Good!
No reason in particular, just feeling particularly grateful.
1) I am grateful that it's February, which means that it will soon be March, which means that it will soon be April, which means that Winter can't stay forever.
2) I'm grateful that I have a nice warm home and a warm puppy and a warm old dog, not to mention a warm family that I can snuggle up in during the 'fore mentioned old winter.
3) I'm grateful that I have a job that allows me to work from home this week while I sit here with my leg bandaged and my foot propped up due to a non-important slightly cosmetic much desired vein treatment. I'm also grateful that said job allows me to help keep my puppies and home and family nice and warm and also pays for said treatment, as it is slightly cosmetic and isn't paid for by public health care.
What are you grateful for today?

I'm grateful for the baby cats who come and snuggle behind our knees at night.
I'm grateful that we have the wherewithall to get momma Petunia fixed ASAP just as soon as she gets over the current heat she has been catterwauling in for the past 3 days.
