So I just came back from the gym, where I've been going fairly regularly since early December. When I started I had a body composition test done. They check your weight, your hydration levels, your percentage body fat levels, etc.
So guess what.... I've gained weight! and guess what else... it's not muscle! Yup, my body fat percentage has increased.
Fun huh!
Seriously, I'm not sure what I have to do to make progress with this hunk of Gina.
