It's the Second Chakra. Its colour is ORANGE! (woohoo!) Its element is Water, and it's all about friendliness, creativity, sexuality, emotions and intuition on the gut legvel. It's influenced by how emotions were expressed or repressed during childhood. It's also the sexual centre for women (though the thought of having a sexual centre on my foot... hmm... odd)
If the energy is balanced then a person is: "Friendly, concerned for others, sense of belonging, intuitive, clairsentient. God sense of humour. Radiate warmth and compassion"
Excess energy means: "Emotionally explosive, overly ambitious, manipulative, caught up in illusions, overindulgent, sexual energy see people as sex objects" Um yeah, ok skip that one. Though the emotionally explosive or overly ambitious might fit.
Deficient energy: "Shy,timid, immobilized by fear,overly sensitive, self negating, burdened by guilt, sexual energy-clinging, guilty about having sex, abused, frigid or impotent", and again, um, skip the impotent part and any other parts that you feel like skipping.
Now, I don't want to be all fluff bunny about it, so I'll need to investigate more, but who are a smarter bunch of people when it comes to this kind of stuff than you guys?
