T Minus 22 hours and counting

anigoWell, aside from actually putting my crap in my bag, I'm ready to go.
Oh, for what it's worth, Duct Tape bonds incredibly well on dacron sails and sailbags made out of dacron sails. Just in case you have any old dacron sails around you're not using because you have holes in them.
Meals are cooked and frozen. Drugs are ready. Boat's at the starting line waiting to be crewed.

the_paulr has. Thanks for that, Paul! Thom is currently scurring around looking for another crew member. Hey pacolouie, any chance you can jet into Halifax by tomorrow at noon and come spend a couple of days on a boat?
But it's all done but the racing now. Just might as well sit back and wait for it to happen.
Along that theme, I just popped out to pick up a few last minute items and bought myself a hammock. I've strung it between the trees in my herb garden. Dick's gone to help a friend build a garage for the day, the Kid's gone to a friend's house for the day... I'm going to do a quick 60 second tidy and hit the hammock for the afternoon. If anybody's looking for me, I'll be out back.pacolouie, if you'd like to come for a sail, call ASAP.
