Thanks for making things ok with everything right now. Dunno if people thank you for that enough. God knows I tend to ask you to lay off a lot more than thank you, but thanks. Just a few things I'd like to thank you for:

Thanks for my family. All of them. Thanks for my job. Thanks for the fact that I get paid well to do something that I like. Thanks for changing my job so I like it again. Thanks for this great Merlot. Thanks for making spring come early and for the apple blossoms that are in the back yard. Thanks for my friends - my real ones, my on line ones (which are real too) the people who love me and support me, and make me feel way good. Thanks for cucumbers. Thank you for the big nutbrown hare. Thanks for my new office. Thanks for making it so the painters made it beige, blue and green instead of that icky cave-like colours I'd originally picked. Thanks for allowing my brain chemicals to kind of level out for a change. Thanks for... Well, thanks.

Universe please note: This "thanks" should not be misinterpreted as "OK, I'm ready for more crap, bring it on" because it's not. I kinda like the "being thankful" mode as opposed to "wishing the crap would go away" mode. Let's stick with that for a while shall we?
