anigoI contacted a dietician about 2 weeks ago and (aside from the fact I'd been sick the first week) I've been eating extremely healthily. Lots and lots of vegetables, tonnes of fiber, good protein... and it's been making a difference.
This morning I get to the office a bit late, go to the coffee room, and there is a plate of squares. White squares with chocolate chips in them with chocolate icing. So I have one. Because I've been good all week.
This is posisbly the best coffee EVAR. And these squares are orgasmically good. It's amazing how sometimes little things can just make your morning.
