When I was convinced I had a pebble in my sinuses after a trip to the beach in NC this summer, Leigh suggested that I mix up a warm saline solution and snort it. This coming from Leigh, I thought it was damned crazy, but apparently it works pretty well for flushing junk out your sinuses.
Just don't get bread in there. When that shit goes moldy, it will eat your face off.
