Grateful Monday

Feeling a bit rundown today, but we'll give'r a go anyway.

I am grateful I work in an office where they recognize that I often work late and on my day off and don't flap when I don't get in until 9:40 or take a longer than expected lunch once in a blue moon.

I am grateful once again for cherries (yes, they're still from Washington) and for the really good stir fry restaurant just down the street from the office.

I am grateful that I can usually recognize when those unexpected gift-like moments are handed to me, meaning I can savour them as they're happening, rather than realize it after the fact.
