Jan. 25th, 2009 10:00 amMy dragon has died. Shame really. Thank you
weedblossom for your suggestions on posting him in other places to get people to click on him. I should have gotten around to it earlier.
Rest in peace, Itchy. We ne'er really knew ye.
In other news, I started getting a cold the week before Christmas. Sore throat, phlegm, aches, etc, etc. It never really went away. Just subsided to a rattly dry cough that just stuck around forever. Last week it came back. Sore throat, aches, etc. Today I'm all about the aches and the green snot and coughs that feel like they're ripping out lungs. Lovely, wot? And now I've just burned my pinkie finger on the wood stove. Owie.
All my body wants to do is be recumbent and eat comfort foods. Not really helping the diet process, believe me. However, swimming with a body full of phlegm is NOT easy to do. Tae Kwon Do is a bit easier, you can always go off into a corner somewhere to cough a lung up.
On an unrelated note, I've booked my trip to Toronto to hang out with some friends on one of my friend's 40th birthday the last weekend in February. Should be a blast.
And now, I think I'm going to finish my coffee and have a lovely hot shower and see if I can get rid of any of this mucus. I have far too much going on to be sick. Make it stop now please.

Thanks.
