Am I *really* that hard to get along with?

You ever have one of those days when you're just really good at pissing people off when a) you have no intention of doing so, and b) really you're the one who should feel pissed off?

That statement makes no sense. I guess that's what you get when you bang your head on the keyboard instead of typing.

There's an old hag here who insists on being superior. She's made a mistake involving one of my customers and somehow *I* am being unreasonable about it. Meanwhile, I'm doing my darnedest to be *very* reasonable. Polite even - when really, all I want to do is rip her head off with my teeth.

I've found that sometimes, the most effective thing in that case is to use your Mom Voice and assure her that you do, in fact, know exactly what's going on and whose fault it is.

Then turn your back and give every indication that you couldn't possibly care less about her little issues, because you've got far more important things to occupy your time.

Yes, that is the her. And it's the same fecking issue. Bitch. I had to go *ask* what the parameters of my contracts are going to be on renewal. And all these new start ups I have now are all going out with the wrong price because *somebody* knows all of my accounts and could handle it without me. Bitch.

This is ridiculous and unprofessional and she needs to be spoken to about it. With you in the room. It needs to be VERY clear, from the boss, and with assurance that you both understand.

Then she needs to be bitch slapped all the way back to her office.
