A day in the life

anigoIt's minus frickin' 20 out. MINUS 20! That's -4F. It's -28 with the windchill. (That'd be -18F for those who were wondering) If one person tells me I should get my lazy ass outside and exercise in THAT I'll beat them about the head with my fleece jammies.
Dick's got the 'flu. The achy, shivery, hot flash, cold flash, wish you could die 'flu. Why can't I ever get the 'flu? I'd like to stay in bed and be waited on for a day or so.
I've got to travel tomorrow to PEI. It's about 4 hours there, 4 hours back. The contract isn't big enough to bear the cost of a hotel. It's supposed to storm tomorrow. I hope so. I don't feel like driving to PEI.
Got a doctor's apt. this morning. Nothing significant, just a winter check up. Check the oil, change the filter, tire pressure, stuff like that. Face a cold speculum first thing in the morning and your day cannot get any worse.
Lessee... Hair apt. Friday (It's time for a colour change), fly to TO on Saturday, party Saturday night, sleep all day Sunday, then meetings Monday and Tuesday. Sound like fun. Yep. That's the plan for my forseable future.
