For future reference. It's damn difficult to do Yoga with a golden retriever trying to sit on you. All she wanted to do was bite off my wing in Locust position. I'm not even going to tell you about Downward Dog.

So now I'm stretched, but definitely not relaxed, and covered with dog slobber.

Does sleeping for 11 hours, waking up, eating breakfast, doing yoga, getting a shower and going back to bed and sleeping for another 2 hours seem just a wee bit excessive to anybody besides me?
