Today's grateful list
Jul. 26th, 2004 11:33 amOh look! A mullet!
Today I am grateful for...
The overdraft on my checking account. (Can you say poor financial planning this month?)
The fact I was able to get an appointment for a hair cut today at the last minute. This means I can have great hair for the Metro Regatta next weekend and Chester Race Week the week after. (I'm so shallow!) My hairdresser is awesome and a real kindred spirit. *And* I was able to get an appointment at lunch time so I don't need to juggle my schedule. Oops, did I not just post something about poor financial planning? Can you say "I'm grateful for MasterCard"? I knew you could.
And today I'm grateful for
simonmarshall who is cute and smart and funny. Who lives in my favorite part of the world and who I get to safely dream about in (sigh) totally innocent ways, I swear.
And the one thing I like about myself today is the fact I can drive a standard. Not everybody can, you know. (Sorry
gogoman, nothing yet to satisfy your voyerism. I'll let you know when I feel like more of an exhibitionist.)
And welcome to
itzwicks who surfed in from kyra_ojosomethingorother's journal. He claims to be slightly right of center politically. I claim to be slighly left of not giving a damn. We'll see where this goes.
Y'all have a great day.
