The first race is SATURDAY!!!!!

Maybe you didn't hear the excitement in my voice...

THE FIRST RACE IS SATURDAY (Doing happy dance)

I listened to Great Big Sea on the way to work this morning. A bunch of the crew and I went to hear Great Big Sea last year. When they sang "I can dance I can sing, I can reef the main boom..." We shouted... "SO CAN WE!!"

I'm positively jubulant.

And after three years on the boat I'm not the rookie anymore. There's new crew this year so I'm one of the old hands now. (yay me!!!)

The boss really comes today, but I didn't bother with the socks. Got my strappy cris-cross sandals on. Shrug I mean, that's me, right?

Tried to play Age of Empires last night with my dad, brother and sister, but try as she might my sister couldn't get in any of the games we created. Crappy. We've set up another date for Saturday and hopefully we'll have better luck then.

Thanks, Jen, for helping with the gymnastics stuff. Currently our best, Chelsea, is 15th. Kirstin, the one I made the suit for, is 39th.
